Privacy Policy
01. Protocol Initialization & Foundry-Level Data
Antharmaya Labs operates as a public lab and software studio, and our philosophy demands a minimal data footprint. Reading antharmaya.com requires no account, and we do not ask you for personally identifiable information (PII) to browse these pages. The passive data we do process falls into three narrow buckets: edge telemetry, privacy-respecting product analytics, and anything you choose to send us directly.
Edge telemetry. Anonymized, aggregated request data (e.g., bandwidth usage, geographic request origin) is handled automatically by our CDN provider (Cloudflare) strictly for security, DDoS mitigation, and traffic routing.
Product analytics. On our public marketing pages we run privacy-respecting product analytics through PostHog (hosted in the United States) to understand which pages and links are used so we can improve the site. This captures behavioral signals — page views, clicks, and aggregate heatmaps — and may include anonymized session replays in which all form inputs are masked. We do not load third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels, we do not sell this data, and analytics is not loaded inside our authenticated commercial products, which are governed by their own policies (see Section 02). Browsers sending a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal are excluded automatically.
Direct transmissions. We process PII only when you voluntarily initiate one by emailing hello@antharmaya.com or by submitting the contact form.
Contact form submissions can include your name, email address, topic, message, source page, and submission timestamp. These submissions are routed through Cloudflare Workers to a Google Apps Script endpoint backed by Google Sheets, solely so Antharmaya Labs can respond to your inquiry.
02. Product-Specific Privacy Policies & DPAs
We may engineer, host, and maintain commercial software products under the Antharmaya umbrella. Those child ventures can process significant PII and User Generated Content (UGC) under separate infrastructure and policy boundaries.
03. Open Source Telemetry Configuration
Antharmaya Labs acts as a steward for various open-source operating systems, libraries, and utilities. We guarantee that our open-source software distributions do not execute hidden phone-home routines, tracking scripts, or nonconsensual telemetry drops targeting our centralized infrastructure.
If a specific open-source tool requires usage telemetry to guide architectural development, it will be strictly opt-in, heavily documented in the repository's README.md, and its codebase will remain auditable via public repositories to verify data minimalism.
04. Disclosure to Third Parties & Sub-Processors
Antharmaya Labs does not broker, sell, lease, or obfuscate your data via data marketplaces. Data is only communicated to tertiary systems (Sub-Processors) when intrinsically necessary to physically execute the software (e.g., AWS S3 for storage, Cloudflare for edge routing, Resend for SMTP transport).
